Giving Thanks for the best year of my life, so far...

So it goes without saying, that the Cincinnati Myers have a lot to be thankful for this year.  With that in mind, I had Mom and Dad host some of our friends to help celebrate my very first Thanksgiving.  Since this was their first Thanksgiving as “parents” I did my best to help them out, directing the action from my front row seat.  

Keep an eye on that pie Mom…  Hey Dad, don’t you think it’s about time to check on that turkey??

While Mom and Dad were busy in the kitchen I was entertaining our guests and having an early dinner.

First I got fed…

Seeing as how it was my first Thanksgiving, I insisted on turkey and the whole works.  Mom and Dad put on quite a spread…

… and then everyone else got fed.

And as I understand it, the traditional way to end a Thanksgiving dinner is with a nap, so count me in! 

Don’t look at me, it’s the tryptophan…

Invasion of the Charlotte Myers...

Last week we had some special visitors from Charlotte, my Aunt Sarah, Uncle Eric and cousins Mae and Finn!

I was super excited to meet them, and gave them my biggest smile!

My cousins Mae and Finn were great fun to play with.  Mae sung to me with her beautiful voice..

Finn helped feed me, and told me all about his rocket launches…

I spent the whole weekend grinning ear to ear!

Love you guys, can't wait to see you again!

Adventures with Yiayia...

Recently Dad had to take a trip for work, and as everone knows I need an entourage.  So, Yiayia came on loan from Pappou to join my crew in his absence.

I had my first trip to the airport to pick Yiayia up, she was pretty excited. 

And Dad was there to do the official hand off...

We spent lots of quality time perfecting Yiayia's training and my technique...

 and sleeping...

 and

my favorite:  cuddling.

Thanks for the loan, Pappou.  I expect both of you back soon!
